Installation, Commissioning & Training

Pioneer field engineering team will support on Installation & Commissioning services on all Pioneer SMT projects. The field service engineering team will coordinate with customer to organize site inspection, installation, commissioning and onsite training for all projects executed by Pioneer SMT. In case of special request from customer to provide onsite support during production or specific training needs, Pioneer SMT also has various solutions to support such customer specific needs.

Post Installation Services

Post installation, field service & technical support is provided by Pioneer Engineers on all products & projects. The On-line support (Phone support) and Field Engineer onsite support is available on all products. Based on the project requirement, break down calls, maintenance contract and special on site production support contracts are also provided to customers. All service is supported by essential spares stock which are available at Pioneer SMT main office in Gurgaon.

Process & Project Support Services

Process Engineering support is also available for Pioneer customers who need assistance on their manufacturing process. The process engineers from Pioneer help customers to improve productivity & yield of their processes and lower their setup, manufacturing or downtime losses. Pioneer SMT also offers calibration, preventive maintenance and machine overhaul services.
